A small beach area with waterfall, perfect for toddlers and young children.
Lane Swimming
No booking is required for lane swimming, however please be aware that from 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm swimming lessons are held every week day and only ONE lane is reserved for shared Lane Swimming.
The Learners Pool is also closed during this time for lessons.

Squad Training
Squad training is the next level of development after our Learn to Swim Programme.
This caters for competitive and non-competitive swimmers. Aqua Management employs Alonso Rodriguez as our Head Swim Coach who looks after all Squad levels.

All levels. Ideal for non-swimmers, pre/post-natal and those with joint problems or injuries.

Increased fitness and mobility, toning.
Exercising in water provides multidirectional resistance to get the heart pumping and the muscles burning but in an ideal low impact environment. Aqua jogging offers a fun, challenging workout as well as the opportunity to meet friends and socialise.

Little Flipper Classes

Swimwear, warm clothes and towel. Swim nappies available for $2.00 at reception. Bring a bottle or snack for afterwards as swimming makes babies hungry.

For babies 6 months to 3 years of age.

BENEFITS:
Learn basics skills that build confidence in the water.
Getting your baby used to water early is important from a safety point of view. As well as learning a valuable life skill, the lessons are a brilliant way of bonding with your child as their confidence grows in the water. Based on movement and play each week will gradually add new elements to each skill.
School Holiday Swimming Programme

Learn and improve swimming techniques while increasing fitness levels. These clinics provide a focused training programme to help your child improve on foundation skills. Alonso and Kylie will help your child work on specific strokes and techniques through various swimming drills.
Private Coaching Lessons
